FREE META ADS CALCULATOR

Meta ads reach and Spotify listener calculator for musicians

Model how a 30-day music-ad budget may move from Meta impressions and unique reach to landing-page visits and Spotify click-throughs. Add a potential-listener scenario only when you are ready to choose that extra assumption.

YOUR ASSUMPTIONS

Build a 30-day scenario.

Every rate is visible and editable. The starting values are illustrations—not industry benchmarks.

HOW THE MODEL WORKS

Transparent inputs. Useful ranges.

The calculator starts with media spend and an editable CPM range. It divides impressions by average frequency to model unique reach, then applies the landing-page visit and Spotify continuation rates you choose.

A listener scenario is deliberately separate. It is a lower-confidence model based on your own assumed share of Spotify click-throughs that may become listeners. It is not Spotify measurement, a stream forecast, or a guarantee.

METRIC DEFINITIONS

Name every number correctly.

CPM
The amount spent for every 1,000 ad impressions. The calculator uses a lower and higher CPM to create a range.
Impressions
The total number of times an ad may be displayed. One person can create more than one impression.
Reach
The estimated number of unique people who may see the ad. Meta describes reach as an estimated metric.
Frequency
The average number of impressions delivered per reached person. Impressions divided by reach equals frequency.
Spotify click-through
An outbound selection toward Spotify from the campaign landing page. It is not a verified listener or stream.
Potential listener
An optional scenario created from a user-supplied listening rate. It is not measured Spotify data and should never be treated as guaranteed.

SOURCES & LIMITATIONS

Built for planning—not promises.

These tools do not connect to Meta Ads Manager or Spotify for Artists. Replace illustrative assumptions with your own verified campaign data whenever possible.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you use the estimate.

Can this calculator predict my exact Meta ad reach?

No. Reach is an estimated metric and actual delivery depends on the auction, audience, market, objective, placements, creative, competition, and campaign settings. The tool creates a planning range from the CPM and frequency assumptions you enter.

Does a Spotify click count as a listener?

No. An outbound Spotify click only shows that someone selected the destination. Spotify defines a listener using listening activity inside Spotify, which this calculator cannot observe.

Why is the potential-listener result optional?

There is no ordinary one-to-one attribution from a Meta ad click to a verified Spotify listener. The tool only displays that lower-confidence scenario after you deliberately add your own click-to-listen assumption.

What CPM should a musician use?

There is no universal CPM for music advertising. Start with a deliberately broad range, then replace it with CPM data from comparable campaigns in the same markets, objectives, placements, and time period.

Are these results guaranteed by MetaSongPromo?

No. The calculator is free planning software. It does not guarantee reach, clicks, listeners, streams, saves, followers, revenue, or playlist placement.
