Cancellation & refund policy
MetaSongPromo is a service operated by SOUNDTIK LLC. Subscription charges and advertising spend are kept separate so artists can understand what can be canceled or refunded.
Effective July 21, 2026
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription from Billing & plan in the artist dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by applicable law, subscription periods already started are generally non-refundable.
Free 14-day trial
Eligible new accounts can receive one free 14-day plan trial with the selected plan’s full campaign allowance: 3 Starter, 5 Artist, or 10 Label campaigns. The subscription automatically renews at the selected plan’s normal monthly price unless canceled before the trial ends. Advertising spend is separate and is charged for each campaign when it is launched.
Advertising budgets
If our team has not started preparing or launching your campaign, contact us promptly and we will review whether the advertising budget can be canceled. Once advertising spend has been committed to or spent on a live campaign, that portion is non-refundable. Any unspent amount remains subject to the campaign’s status and applicable payment-processing limitations.
Service problems and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or did not receive the purchased service, email us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate platform, Stripe, and campaign records and correct confirmed errors.
How to request help
Use Support Messages and include your account email, artist name, song title, charge date, and reason for the request. You may also write to SOUNDTIK LLC, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
