Terms of service
These terms form an agreement between you and SOUNDTIK LLC, the company that operates MetaSongPromo, when you use the music-promotion platform and managed advertising service.

1. The service and operator
MetaSongPromo is a service operated by SOUNDTIK LLC. In these terms, “MetaSongPromo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SOUNDTIK LLC. MetaSongPromo provides a platform for submitting songs, purchasing subscriptions and advertising budgets, viewing campaign updates, and communicating with our campaign team. We manually prepare and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms for the songs you submit.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate account and artist information, maintaining access to your email account, and promptly reporting unauthorized access.
3. Your music and authorization
You retain ownership of your music, artwork, and supplied creative. By submitting material, you give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to use it to prepare, run, report, and support your campaign. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to promote the submitted song and materials.
4. Subscriptions and ad spend
Subscription fees cover access to the platform and the number of campaign launches included in your plan. Eligible new accounts may receive one 14-day trial; during that trial, the selected plan’s full 3, 5, or 10-campaign allowance applies. Advertising spend is separate for every campaign and is shown before payment. Stripe securely saves the card used for your plan. When you click the final campaign payment button, you authorize only the displayed one-time advertising-budget charge to that saved card; future campaign budgets are never charged without a new action from you. Unless stated otherwise, campaigns are planned for 30 days. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and payment methods are managed through Stripe.
5. Results and no guarantees
Advertising results vary. We do not guarantee streams, saves, followers, revenue, playlist placement, or any particular cost or reach. Dashboard figures may come from advertising-platform reporting and can be delayed or adjusted. Spotify visits shown by MetaSongPromo are outbound clicks and do not necessarily become streams.
6. Acceptable use
You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harmful, or fraudulent material; manipulate results; abuse the platform; or interfere with our systems. We may pause or reject campaigns that violate these terms, advertising-platform rules, or applicable law.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse advertising spend already committed or services already delivered.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on providers including Meta, Spotify, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and Resend. Their platforms may experience outages, policy changes, review delays, or reporting changes outside our control.
9. Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service, but the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaSongPromo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
